Reminder: Complete Your 2025 Performance and Participation Attestation Module

Ochsner Health Network, Ochsner Accountable Care Network, and Ochsner Senior Care Network’s annual Participation and Performance Attestation module is now available to complete. Located online via Workday Learning, the attestation:

• Outlines your 2025 participation and performance requirements as a physician or advanced practice provider who manages patients in value-based contracts
• Highlights your responsibility to engage with your OHN performance improvement coordinator or clinical care coordinator throughout the year to stay on top of your quality measures
