- Self care: What recharges you?
List three things you can do for yourself over the next month that you enjoy. Schedule time on your calendar. - Social: Who do you most enjoy being with?
List three people you love and enjoy. Call them to catch up or invite them to share a meal or coffee during time off. - Reflection: What are you most grateful for in the new year? Proud of? Want to change or set a goal?
List 1-3 things to appreciate, recognize and improve. - Service: What random act of kindness can you make happen - and commit to doing something small once per week or month?
Find an opportunity to spontaneously give, help or surprise a loved one or stranger with a kind gesture. Deliver a meal, help an elderly person load groceries into the car, or pay for the person behind you in the drive-through. - Celebration: What is your great accomplishment as a clinician this past week, month or year?
Create a moment, occasion or social media post that recognizes the goodness of you and your team's work.
