Herbert Druilhet
Herbert Druilhet, RN, DNP, FNP-BC, is the Vice President of Value-Based Care Delivery for Ochsner Health Network. Ochsner Health Network is the largest and most advanced clinically integrated network in the greater Gulf South region, bringing together select health systems, physician groups and affiliated community providers to improve quality and reduce costs. Within his role, Herbert has responsibility for the integrated post-acute network, care transitions, outpatient care management, and care in the home. Prior to his current role, Herbert was the Vice President of Ambulatory Clinical Transformation at Ochsner Lafayette General and Director of Clinical Operations for Lafayette General Medical Doctors, a multi-specialty physician group in Lafayette, Louisiana. He began his career as a registered nurse in emergency medicine. In 1998, he obtained a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and then earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership in 2013. Herbert has 25+ years of clinical and operational experience in creating patient-centric solutions to reduce clinical variations, improve outcomes, and reduce cost.
